MilkWorx
MilkWorx has been my first born business. I invented a product in 2015 to solve my own breastmilk storage problem (space in the freezer) while living in Singapore and have grown our recently patented Freeze It Flat into a 6-figure hero product on the side of a busy day job and 3 small kids!
Now that I no longer have that day job, we are working on expanding our product line beyond the Freeze It Flat to support parents and their village in managing breastmilk storage.

Our Warehouse
Our Warehouse started as just helping a friend of a friend with assembly and fulfillment of her pregnancy subscription box, and then expanded to support a few others before becoming it's own budding company in late 2024.
I'm merging my corporate experience in both Inventory Control (my COVID job was Parts Operations Director for Caterpillar!) with underwriting (think the math nerds behind pricing in insurance) to provide small businesses with the expertise and simplicity they need to manage cash flow and inventory planning.
Our flat rate pricing model for fulfillment is what sets us apart. While other 3PLs (3rd party logistics) will nickel and dime you to death, I've set up Our Warehouse to benefit us both when sales are made and to also improve your cash flow from day 1. My goal and mission is to help as many women as possible, make as much money as possible. Because when women make more money, we all win.How can I support you or a small business you know?
Inventory Planning 1on1 - $250 - This session is ideal for those just starting out, looking to scale, or just feel like they need a reality check on product costs. We will spend an AMA (Ask Me Anything) hour digging into ALL of your inventory questions and planning.
Inventory vs Sales Intensive - $750 - Maybe you're working on setting up your own warehouse, or just secured that new client and expecting a change in sales volumes, or starting to work with a new supplier and trying to understand negotiations or COGS (cost of goods) planning. We will spend a half day (4 hours) digging into your inventory on hand, future plans, and everything in between. You will walk away with tactical next steps for making the right moves with your inventory. If desired, this can be broken up into two sessions.
Done for you assembly & fulfillment - flat rate pricing varies* - Do you have 1 product or 200? Are you moving out of your garage or just hate the idea of putting labels on boxes? We can help! We offer a flat rate (% of retail value) fee for easy COGS planning. No complex storage fees, no one off $0.08 charges, no confusing fulfillment costs. When product sells, we fulfill it and send the invoice. Bottom line - we both win when you sell more product!
